Hi, I have been with Kevin Weltlin State Farm Agency since April of 2017.   I enjoy helping all of our customers with their insurance needs.  I am bilingual (Spanish/Portuguese/English).   Our office prides itself on customer service and delivering the promise everyday.   I look forward to visiting with you in the future.

Hi, I have been with Kevin Weltlin State Farm agency for 9 years.   I have seen many of our customers family grow with us throughout the years.  I have enjoyed seeing children grow and now have their own family's insurance with us.   Taking care of our customers needs have been a blessing and a pleasure.   Nobody will work harder to take care of our customers than our office.   I hope to see you soon.

Lee is one of the newest members of our Lake Wales, FL State Farm family. She brings with her over 38 years of not only insurance experience, but State Farm experience! To say that you’re in good hands with Lee is an understatement. She joins our team as a Life Insurance and Health Insurance agent. One of her professional joys is assisting our local Good Neighbors find the right combination of Life Insurance products to fit their unique needs. Lee resides locally in Winter Haven, Florida and attended Western Illinois University for undergrad. She fancies herself the mom of the office and genuinely enjoys helping people. When she isn’t assisting with Life and Health Insurance, you can find Lee tending to her garden full of flowers and vegetables!

Austen recently joined our State Farm Insurance team here in sunny Lake Wales as a Customer Service Representative! He, too, is a Lake Wales resident but originally hails from Wyoming. Quite a change of scenery! Austen looks forward to helping our friends with their Auto Insurance, Homeowners Insurance, Renters Insurance, and more. He always looks on the bright side of things and his customers would describe him as optimistic and determined, but respectful of their unique circumstances. All good qualities to have when helping our State Farm customers succeed. He is in the midst of finishing his Associate’s Degree and will eventually look to complete his Bachelor’s Degree. A certain quarterback on a certain team in Western New York attended Wyoming, so needless to say he is a big fan of Buffalo! He is a history buff and wants to travel to Rome, Greece, and Norway in the future. A fun fact about Austen is that his family had a pet pig named Hercules. Welcome, Austen!
