Austen recently joined our State Farm Insurance team here in sunny Lake Wales as a Customer Service Representative! He, too, is a Lake Wales resident but originally hails from Wyoming. Quite a change of scenery! Austen looks forward to helping our friends with their Auto Insurance, Homeowners Insurance, Renters Insurance, and more. He always looks on the bright side of things and his customers would describe him as optimistic and determined, but respectful of their unique circumstances. All good qualities to have when helping our State Farm customers succeed. He is in the midst of finishing his Associate’s Degree and will eventually look to complete his Bachelor’s Degree. A certain quarterback on a certain team in Western New York attended Wyoming, so needless to say he is a big fan of Buffalo!
