"Recently I renewed my auto insurance policy for another 6 months with this agency and I made numerous phone calls and a face book message just to get a paper copy of the new insurance card mailed to me two weeks after I first called. A response I got to the Facebook message from Kevin Whetlin said "Hi, thanks for contacting us. We've received your message and appreciate you reaching out." and yet nothing was done until I called yet again. An earlier response I got from an office worker was "We're sorry, but we ran out of postage stamps last week." That's some excuse given you can buy stamps at Publix 50 feet from their office. I'm sure Kevin will have another lame response to this review. They are masters of incompetence. ."
